Features
The FL-1000 is a simple, affordable, and compact Kidney Loop Filtration system, designed for small volume gearboxes and 0-100 gal hydraulic reservoirs .
Wall or equipment mount, or use with the optional Hand-Carry stand to allow portability from one piece of machinery to the next.
Adjustable speed stainless-steel pump that can be adjusted to different viscosities of oil.
Adjustable pump pressure setting (PSI) that can be adjust to different viscosities
Low-flow rates of 0.03-0.67/gallons per minute (1.8-40/gph)*; ideal for small volume gear boxes and 0-100 gal hydraulic reservoirs.
Use factory supplied filters, or customers own spin-on filter of choice. Optional Filter Adapters allow use of different filters.
Filter selections for both dirt and water removal.
Clear Inlet/outlet hose for visual flow.
Test port for fluid sampling.
Standard 120v wall power with adapter.
* Actual flow rates depend on filter selection, psi, viscosity and temperature of the oil (flow rates for Depth filters will be on the lower end of the range)
